XP BOOST is a one-day workshop designed for gamers—casual or competitive—who want to turn their experience into real-world value.
Whether you've led raids, built strategy in MOBAs, or coordinated teams in online matches, you’ve already developed core skills like leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and resilience. This workshop helps you surface those behaviors, understand their relevance, and communicate them in professional settings.
You’ll play structured missions inside the CinQ simulation, receive performance feedback from AI and live coaches, and work through guided exercises that connect your gaming habits to high-impact soft skills.

Coaching
Your coach will guide the experience from start to finish, beginning with a warm-up focused on recognizing in-game behaviors and strengths.
Throughout the day, they’ll facilitate gameplay sessions, offer targeted feedback, and lead structured debriefs to help you connect performance to professional skills. Coaches will support each participant in identifying patterns, building vocabulary for skill articulation, and creating a simple development plan for ongoing growth.
The workshop concludes with a review of personal takeaways, reflections on identity and motivation, and tips for applying insights beyond the game.

Some basic gaming experience (any genre, platform, or level)

A stable, fast internet connection; wired internet is strongly recommended for stability.

A microphone, webcam, and headphones (to avoid echoes) for communication.

Completion of our technical checklist prior to the event date (to validate software installation or cloud access).

Full availability throughout the duration of the workshop.

The ability to comfortably communicate in the workshop's designated language under high-pressure conditions.

Accessibility:
Visual access to the screen is required (CinQ does not support screen readers).
Some amount of manual dexterity is needed to operate a keyboard, mouse, or touchscreen effectively.
