CinQ requires a stable, reliable, and relatively fast internet connection.

Though CinQ includes a built-in text chat system, we strongly recommend using voice chat during workshops. If, however, you are unable or find difficulty with using voice communication, please contact us before the workshop so we can ensure your experience with CinQ

• For individuals or teams joining events via Eventbrite, we use Google Meet for communication.

• For custom workshops, we can provide Google Meet links, or adapt to your specific requirements.

• Once the application is downloaded, you will find it in your usual download location (it should be a ".dmg" file). Double-click it to open the installation menu.

• You will see a large CinQ icon which you must drag out of the installation window and onto your Desktop or in your documents.

• After CinQ has been successfully moved out of the window, hold down the "Control" key on your keyboard while clicking in the window and select "Eject CinQ" from the menu.

• You will be prompted to read and accept the DLS End User License Agreement. Accept to continue.

• You can add CinQ to your dock for easy access. Just open your Applications folder and drag CinQ to the dock.
