in-depth capability diagnostic

in-depth diagnostic to pinpoint hidden gaps and build a data-backed action plan

What you'll learn

  • Gain a clear, actionable map of what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Get a realistic view of AI readiness in team workflows
  • Develop a shared narrative for capability building going forward
  • Observe trust and psychological safety
  • Analyze information flow under pressure
  • Evaluate adaptive decision-making
  • Understand human-AI teaming dynamics

Description

A full-day experience that surfaces your team’s true ways of working. Self-assessments only tell you what people think they do; this assessment shows what they actually do when timelines shrink, surprises land, and decisions need to be made fast. It’s a full overview of a team's collective skill set, or exactly what’s missing for teams operating in AI-powered environments.

Through two immersive simulation runs, guided coaching, and AI-enhanced feedback, you’ll get an honest picture of collaboration, decision-making, and adaptability under real pressure in a safe-to-fail environment for experimentation.

Coaching

Your coach will guide the experience for the full day. The session starts with clarifying goals and roles.

The coach will support the team through two full simulation missions, facilitating peer-to-peer reflection and providing live support.

The day concludes with a final debrief, presenting a behavioral scorecard and a plan for the next steps.

CinQ let us train multiple teams at once — with every session delivering real feedback.

We failed. Then we changed strategy. Then we won. That loop taught us more than any course ever has.

Phil Yeoman

Non-executive Director  at CinQ

CinQ was designed for non-gamers and gamers alike.

The non-realistic narrative & characters offer an immersive experience, creating the perfect environment to analyze behaviors in-action. As a coach, I can provide live feedback that offers a point of reflection on personal and team performance.

This is not training. It's performance practice.

The simulation matched the way we actually work. No perfect plan, just shared execution.
