Description
Take part in a 90-minute strategic execution diagnostic using a unique multiplayer simulation. Teams are placed in a mission-critical scenario where coordination, shared intelligence, and time-sensitive decisions are essential, and where AI is fully integrated into the flow of work.
Participants navigate incomplete information, evolving objectives, and interdependent tasks. Their in-scenario actions generate real-time behavioral data on collaboration, adaptability, decision logic, and AI fluency.
At the end of the simulation, teams receive a 360° Capability Snapshot, delivered and unpacked during a live debrief with a CinQ-certified facilitator. This session provides immediate, structured insight into how the team actually performs under the same conditions shaping the future of work.
This is not a workshop about theory, it’s a behavioral mirror designed for leaders who need visibility before scaling capability.
