Description
MASTER is the elite track for experienced CinQ facilitators who want to go beyond session delivery and become strategic enablers of high-performance learning. This 2-day program is built around advanced practice, meta-coaching, and simulation mastery.
You will learn how to coach teams through ambiguity, friction, and escalation, while drawing insight from real-time data and behavioral observation.
The program also focuses on training-the-trainer techniques: you’ll learn how to certify others, structure multi-session journeys, and anchor CinQ into wider transformation efforts.
This is the capstone for facilitators who want to lead with influence inside complex systems and coach change at scale.

Coaching
Led by CinQ’s most senior master coaches, the MASTER program is immersive, hands-on, and rigorous. Expect high-intensity simulations, peer feedback cycles, and structured practice of complex coaching scenarios. Every session includes analysis of coaching behavior, language, and effectiveness, with live review.
Each participant will:
Operate in live, unscripted sessions with unpredictable team dynamics
Coach across split-screen scenarios, with parallel teams in divergent states
Apply high-resolution debrief techniques using behavioral scorecards
Develop personalized coaching IP, including custom scenarios and cue libraries
Certify and onboard new CinQ coaches using CinQ’s instructional toolkit
Who is it for?
Certified CinQ coaches who have delivered at least 3 client workshops
Senior L&D leaders embedding CinQ in large-scale org development programs
Enterprise partners building internal coaching academies
Elite facilitators seeking to expand their impact through strategic coaching
Designed for high-level professionals who see coaching as a strategic lever for transformation, not just facilitation.

We failed. Then we changed strategy. Then we won. That loop taught us more than any course ever has.

We felt like a real team after CinQ. Not just working side by side, but actually thinking together.

The simulation matched the way we actually work. No perfect plan, just shared execution.

This is not training. It’s performance practice.

CinQ was designed for non-gamers and gamers alike.
The non-realistic narrative & characters offer an immersive experience, creating the perfect environment to analyze behaviors in-action. As a coach, I can provide live feedback that offers a point of reflection on personal and team performance.
