Description
CinQ COACH certification is a high-intensity, two-day program designed to equip facilitators to run CinQ sessions at a professional standard. Coaches learn to guide multiplayer simulations, interpret performance through our behavioral architecture, and drive measurable impact across leadership, collaboration, and adaptability.
Participants master both the technical environment and the pedagogical structure of CinQ. This includes real-time coaching, mission lifecycle management, scorecard integration, peer debriefs, and managing group dynamics. The training is grounded in behavioral science, adult learning theory, and enterprise readiness principles.
This program is required for all facilitators delivering CinQ sessions independently or under license.

Phil Yeoman
Non-executive Director at CinQ
CinQ was designed for non-gamers and gamers alike.
The non-realistic narrative & characters offer an immersive experience, creating the perfect environment to analyze behaviors in-action. As a coach, I can provide live feedback that offers a point of reflection on personal and team performance.

This is not training. It’s performance practice.

We failed. Then we changed strategy. Then we won. That loop taught us more than any course ever has.

We felt like a real team after CinQ. Not just working side by side, but actually thinking together.

The simulation matched the way we actually work. No perfect plan, just shared execution.
