Description

ESPORTS LAB is built for teams who thrive on performance, pressure, and improvement. Whether you're part of a professional esports roster, a corporate team competing in internal leagues, or a high-functioning unit seeking the next level, this is your proving ground.

You’ll run timed missions inside the CinQ multiplayer simulation, face rapidly shifting scenarios, rotate leadership roles, and receive detailed feedback from both AI and live coaches. Each mission is followed by structured debriefs to identify tactical breakdowns, refine execution, and strengthen team trust.

This is simulation-based pressure testing, gameplay as a mirror for elite performance.

Coaching

Your coach will guide the experience from start to finish, beginning with a briefing on high-performance frameworks and expectations for tactical gameplay.

Across two days, they’ll run structured missions, provide live feedback, and facilitate peer-based analysis. Coaches help teams improve execution speed, communication precision, and shared decision-making. In-depth reviews and heatmaps provide performance clarity at both individual and team levels.

The workshop concludes with a final mission and transfer session to support application in both esports and real-world leadership environments.

CinQ was designed for non-gamers and gamers alike.

The non-realistic narrative & characters offer an immersive experience, creating the perfect environment to analyze behaviors in-action. As a coach, I can provide live feedback that offers a point of reflection on personal and team performance.

The simulation matched the way we actually work. No perfect plan, just shared execution.

We failed. Then we changed strategy. Then we won. That loop taught us more than any course ever has.

This is not training. It’s performance practice.
