Coaching

Your coach will guide the experience from start to finish, setting expectations in the morning with a briefing on objectives, tools, and the immersive 3D crisis management environment.

Throughout the day, they’ll facilitate a high-intensity simulation, providing real-time support, feedback, and guidance as participants navigate complex crisis scenarios that demand agility, quick decision-making, and teamwork.

The workshop concludes with a coach-led debrief, allowing participants to reflect on key takeaways and explore how to apply crisis leadership skills in real-world situations.

CinQ was designed for non-gamers and gamers alike.

The non-realistic narrative & characters offer an immersive experience, creating the perfect environment to analyze behaviors in-action. As a coach, I can provide live feedback that offers a point of reflection on personal and team performance.

The simulation matched the way we actually work. No perfect plan, just shared execution.

We failed. Then we changed strategy. Then we won. That loop taught us more than any course ever has.
