Coaching

Your coach will guide the experience from start to finish, setting expectations in the morning with a briefing on objectives, tools, and the immersive 3D virtual environment.

Throughout the 3 days, they'll facilitate activities, a simulationa, and exercises, offering guidance, real-time support, and feedback as your team navigates each challenge.

Each day will conclude with a coach-led debrief, allowing your team to reflect on key takeaways and discuss how to apply new skills effectively in daily work and personal contexts.

At the end of the program, your coach will conduct personalized one-on-one sessions with each participant, providing tailored feedback and actionable advice.
