Description
CinQ PLAYGROUND is a low-pressure, high-engagement entry point into the world of game-powered learning. Designed for professionals with little or no gaming background, this immersive experience helps you build comfort, confidence, and collaboration skills using the actual CinQ simulation; the same multiplayer platform used in our executive and leadership programs.
Through a full day of guided missions, real-time decision-making, and structured coaching, you’ll learn how to collaborate in a digital team environment, build feedback habits, and reflect on your behavior with the help of both AI and human coaches.
Whether you’re a curious first-timer or a hesitant learner who wants to explore how games are shaping the future of work, PLAYGROUND offers a powerful first step.

Coaching
Your coach will guide the experience from start to finish, beginning with an orientation to the simulation, tools, and basic multiplayer mechanics.
Throughout the day, they’ll support participants as they build game fluency, navigating the 3D environment, communicating under time pressure, and working together in live missions. After each scenario, the coach will lead structured debriefs to reinforce learning, encourage peer feedback, and translate gameplay into practical team behaviors.
The workshop concludes with a final mission and a wrap-up session focused on applying new skills in future training or workplace settings.
Who is it for?
Professionals and teams new to multiplayer games
Curious learners exploring immersive learning in a low-stakes setting
L&D teams bridging traditional and game-based approaches

This is not training. It’s performance practice.
Phil Yeoman
Non-executive Director at CinQ
CinQ was designed for non-gamers and gamers alike.
The non-realistic narrative & characters offer an immersive experience, creating the perfect environment to analyze behaviors in-action. As a coach, I can provide live feedback that offers a point of reflection on personal and team performance.

We failed. Then we changed strategy. Then we won. That loop taught us more than any course ever has.

The simulation matched the way we actually work. No perfect plan, just shared execution.

We felt like a real team after CinQ. Not just working side by side, but actually thinking together.
