Coaching
Your CinQ coach acts as guide and referee throughout the tournament day. They'll kick off with a briefing on the rules of engagement, the simulation environment, and performance expectations.
During the challenges, the coach provides real-time support, observes team dynamics, and facilitates focused debriefs after missions. They help teams interpret performance data, understand behavioral patterns, and identify actionable insights for immediate improvement, maximizing the competitive learning experience.
The day concludes with the coach overseeing the final showdown and leading a wrap-up discussion on key takeaways and workplace applications.
