Coaching
Your CinQ coach guides the two-day journey, focusing on progressive skill development and deep feedback integration. Day 1 establishes foundations and introduces core challenges. Day 2 builds complexity and focuses on refining strategy and execution.
Throughout the program, the coach facilitates missions, provides real-time observations, and leads structured debriefs using peer, self, AI, and coach perspectives (360° feedback). They help teams analyze performance data, understand the nuances of their interactions, and translate in-game behaviors into actionable strategies for the workplace. The coach ensures learning is cumulative, driving toward measurable improvements in team dynamics and leadership capability.

This is not training. It’s performance practice.

CinQ was designed for non-gamers and gamers alike.
The non-realistic narrative & characters offer an immersive experience, creating the perfect environment to analyze behaviors in-action. As a coach, I can provide live feedback that offers a point of reflection on personal and team performance.

The simulation matched the way we actually work. No perfect plan, just shared execution.

We failed. Then we changed strategy. Then we won. That loop taught us more than any course ever has.
