ROB A BANK

Next-gen Leadership Simulation Workshop

Some things you just can’t learn in a classroom.

Come rob a bank with us!

Strategy, risk, teamwork… can you pull it off?

You're invited to a heist. Step away from your daily grind and join a select group of professionals to put your real-world collaborative skills to the ultimate test under pressure.

Every Thursday, we unlock the CinQ platform for an exclusive, free, 60-minute-plus live session. You are invited.

Think Ocean's Eleven

It's a high-stakes, exciting, and risky scenario. You need rigorous planning, flawless teamwork, fast decisions, and the guts to deal with the totally unexpected. That is exactly the vibe we built with CinQ.

Step into the game

Ditch the abstract theories. You'll drop right into a 1–2 hours high-stakes mission to see what your teamwork looks like in the real world. Powered by CinQ, this immersive challenge requires that you deal with asymmetric information, a ticking clock, and an embedded AI agent to see exactly what it takes to adapt and communicate when the pressure is on.

Here is what you're walking into:

Engineered for Pressure

Every role and unexpected twist is built on behavioral science to measure your real-world capabilities. It's a pressure cooker meant to test your adaptability and psychological safety.

Live Expert Coaching

A dedicated CinQ coach will watch your mission unfold live. They'll capture exactly how your crew communicates and makes decisions under fire.

The Post-Heist Debrief

Forget vague feedback. The second the mission ends, you jump into a 15-minute, data-backed debrief to walk away with concrete insights into your specific strengths and hidden friction points.

Who is it for?

Whether you are looking to test your own limits, decode how you collaborate under pressure, or see where technology is heading, this session is built to challenge you.

  • "I’m entirely new to gaming."
Perfect. You require absolutely zero gaming background to succeed. CinQ is a behavioral assessment, not a test of your reflexes. Success depends entirely on how well you strategize, share information, and solve problems with your team.

  • "I play games, but what does that have to do with teamwork?"
You know the mechanics, but this isn't about carrying the team to victory alone. The CinQ platform is built around asymmetric information and tools. You only see your part of the puzzle. Let's see how your adaptability and leadership hold up when the rules shift and real-world team dynamics come into play.

  • "How does this make sense in the world of AI?"
Forget chatting with standard text bots. In this simulation, you will team up with ODILE, a fully briefed AI teammate who contributes, challenges, and collaborates live. See firsthand how human-AI collaboration actually works under high-stakes, real-time execution conditions.

  • "I don't have a full team of 5."
No problem. We designed this assessment around 5 unique roles to guarantee an optimal experience. If you join solo or with a small group, we will provide live role-players to fill in the gaps. Have a large group? We accommodate larger teams with rotating roles and in-team coaches.
